Penn State's biggest addition in the transfer portal this offseason so far has been former North Carolina cornerback Storm Duck. The 6-0 200-pound cornerback chose the Nittany Lions in the week leading up to the Rose Bowl. After a turbulent two weeks of receiver recruiting and scouting, we finally have a film room for you on Duck.
