The final rankings in the Class of 2025 recruiting cycle were released on Thursday afternoon by On3. Penn State, which entered the day with the No. 14 class nationally in the On3 Team Rankings, finished with eight prospects listed in the final On300.

Leading the way is new five-star and the nation’s top tight end according to On3, Center Valley (Pa.) Southern Lehigh product Andrew Olesh. The 6-foot-5, 210-pound prospect is up 14 spots to the No. 29 prospect nationally. He now slots as the top-rated prospect in the Nittany Lions’ class. Olesh enrolled at Penn State earlier this month and joined the team for its trip through the College Football Playoff.

Coming in just behind Olesh and on the cusp of a five-star rating is Paramus (N.J.) Catholic offensive tackle Malachi Goodman. A strong showing in San Antonio at the Navy All-American Bowl has vaulted Goodman up the list on several services. The 6-foot-5.5, 310-pound prospect is up 12 spots to No. 34 overall in the final rankings. He’s the No. 6 offensive tackle nationally in a strong cycle at the position. Goodman was not an early enrollee.

Penn State picked up a late commitment from Warren (Ohio) Harding defensive end Chaz Coleman and then held off a hard charge from Ohio State to seal the deal just before National Signing Day. The 6-foot-4.5, 220-pounder checked into the new On300 rankings as the No. 135 overall prospect. The two-sport standout was previously at No. 191 overall and is now the No. 5 prospect out of Ohio in the Class of 2025. Coleman will join the program later this year.

On3 has been higher on Avon (Conn.) Avon Old Farms offensive tackle Owen Aliciene for much of the cycle. He finished up six spots in the final rankings to No. 229 overall. The 6-foot-8, 260-pound tackle is the No. 2 prospect in Connecticut and was a First-Team All-New England selection as a senior. His inclusion in the On300 means that Penn State signed a pair of Top 300 offensive tackles back in December. Aliciene is currently on campus with the team.

The Nittany Lions put together the nation’s top tight end class. Before the last-minute addition of Olesh, Penn State already had a pair of players at the position ranked within the On300. Powhatan (Va.) tight end Matt Henderson will finish the 2025 cycle at No. 240 overall and Cleveland (Ohio) Villa Angela-St. Joseph four-star Brian Kortovich is right behind him at No. 245 overall. Henderson is up seven spots, while Kortovich moved down seven spots. Kortovich is on campus with the team, while Henderson is still wrapping up his high school career.

Montvale (N.J.) St. Joseph’s Regional cornerback Jahmir Joseph held steady at No. 250 overall in the Class of 2025 final rankings. The 6-foot, 185-pound prospect finished with 29 tackles, three tackles for loss, 11 pass deflections, four interceptions and one blocked field goal. Over the past three seasons, Joseph finished with 115 tackles, four tackles for loss, 10 interceptions, 34 pass deflections, five forced fumbles, two blocked punts and two blocked field goals. He is finishing out his high school basketball career before joining the program later this year.

Finishing out the Penn State signees in the On300 is Latrobe (Pa.) Greater Latrobe linebacker Alex Tatsch. The 6-foot-2.5, 215-pounder missed most of his senior season with a shoulder injury, but still managed 40 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, two forced fumbles and one interception in five games. Tatsch dipped from No. 152 overall to No. 274 in the final set of rankings. He joined the program this month as an early enrollee.

Penn State had one signee fall out of the On300 rankings, as Philadelphia (Pa.) Imhotep running back Jabree Wallace-Coleman fell from No. 167 overall to outside the Top 300.
