There's no way around it. Name Imagine, and Likeness in college sports is a messy subject. Navigating the new landscape of ever-changing rules presents a world for collegiate athletic programs that essentially leaves the space devoid of regulations. For Penn State, a university steeped in a tradition of doing things the "right" way, it's difficult to know what that means. However, with NIL collectives legally separated from the athletic department and the university, there's little control over the environment that the program can exert.  But that hasn't stopped them from trying. On Wednesday, Invent Penn State and Intercollegiate Athletics launched the Penn State Brand Academy. According to the university website, the program aims to "support student-athletes and others with brand-driven businesses to manage and monetize their personal brand and support their entrepreneurial interests."
