Penn State makes big jump in Coaches Poll
Penn State had one of the most impressive wins in all of college football Saturday, blowing out Auburn at Jordan Hare Stadium, 41-12. The Nittany Lions were great on both sides of the ball, totaling 477 yards of offense, while also not allowing a touchdown until the fourth quarter.
That performance was recognized by the coaches Sunday morning, as Penn State moved up eight spots overall to No. 15 in the latest Coaches Poll. The Lions weren’t in the poll at all just two weeks ago, making their debut at No. 23 last week.
