Penn State’s Class of 2023 appears to be on the verge of another major addition. On Friday evening, one of the staff’s top overall prospects in the class, safety DaKaari Nelson, tweeted that he’s planning to announce his commitment tomorrow, June 25, at 2 pm eastern time.
