Penn State welcomed more than 50 high schools to State College Friday for its biggest 7-on-7 tournament of the year. Stone Bridge High School in Virginia ended up defeating Good Counsel in the championship game.
But the tournament also serves as an excellent opportunity for James Franklin and his staff to evaluate prospects from up and down the East Coast. With over 40 potential Division I prospects in attendance, there was plenty for the staff to see.
