Penn State hosted a handful of its committed offensive linemen Saturday to participate in the annual Whiteout Camp. In addition to multiple Class of 2022 walk-ons, three Class of 2023 commits – Alex Birchmeier, Anthony Donkoh and Jven Williams were all in attendance. Class of 2024 offensive lineman Cooper Cousins also made the trip.

Following positional drills, James Franklin and his staff finished the camp with a 1-on-1 competition, squaring off the top offensive linemen against the top defensive linemen. Our staff was in attendance to film that event in its entirety. Fans can watch every rep of Penn State’s committed players below.

In addition to those in attendance, Penn State also holds a commitment from Virginia native Joshua Miller. Miller verbally committed to Penn State back in December, but a recent offer from Georgia appears to have his attention. Miller traveled to Athens last week, June 2, to participate in a camp. It’s unclear how firm his commitment is currently, but Miller is still expected to take an official visit to Penn State later this month.

Penn State is also still pursuing a few other offensive linemen, notably offensive tackles. Fort Washington, Md., native Evan Link and Brockton, Mass., prospect Samson Okunlola both remain key targets for the staff. Link has an official visit set for this upcoming weekend, June 10-12. Additional plans remain unclear, but we’re told Michigan and Stanford are also in a good position.

As for Okunlola, he announced his top schools this past week. In addition to Penn State, he included Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Miami, Michigan State, Ohio State, Oklahoma and Oregon. Okunlola hasn’t announced any official visits for June, but he did inform Blue White Illustrated that Alabama, Miami and Michigan State are in the best position to potentially receive three of his five official visits this summer. He’s not expected to make a commitment until the fall.

Both Okunlola and Link are considered four-star prospects in the On3 Consensus.
