Penn State’s Class of 2023 came into the day with 10 players inside the On300. That number has now climbed to 12, as two more Nittany Lion commits added a fourth star to their rating Monday. That includes the most recent commit in the class, as cornerback Zion Tracy jumped from a high three-star prospect to No. 253 overall.

In addition to Tracy, the Nittany Lions now have three offensive linemen inside the On300, as Virginia native Anthony Donkoh has also made a big move. He previously held an 88 overall rating, which made him a high three-star.

However, there were a few committed players who moved down a bit. Offensive lineman Alex Birchmeier dropped to No. 61 overall in the nation. That’ll likely drop him to a four-star recruit in the On3 Consesnus Rankings. Cornerback Elliot Washington and linebacker Ta’Mere Robinson also had sizable drops. Washington is now No. 131 in the nation, dropping out of the top 100. Robinson dropped to No. 251 overall. He was previously No. 172.

A few others made moves up the rankings, including linebacker Tony Rojas. That Fairfax, Va., native climbed 16 spots to No. 104 nationally. Defensive end Jameial Lyons continues to climb in the rankings, too, moving to No. 169 nationally. He was previously No. 195. Penn State’s tight end room is already deep, and now both of this year’s committed players have made positive moves. Andrew Rapplyea climbed nine spots to No. 156 nationally, while Joey Schlaffer moved up 19 spots to No. 234.

A few of Penn State’s top targets in the Class of 2023 also made notable moves. Ath. Edwin Joseph from Hollywood, Fla., is now considered a four-star player. Joseph previously held an 87 overall rating, making his jump one of the biggest. He’s now No. 264 in the On300.

Below is the complete list of both committed players and other notables to keep an eye on.
