Penn State official visit exceeds expectations for Texas WR Taz Williams

Red Oak (Texas) wide receiver Taz Williams made the trip to Penn State over the weekend to check out the Nittany Lions as an official visitor. The four-star wideout said that the Nittany Lions surpassed his expectations on the visit.
