There’s plenty for Penn State fans to discuss following Monday’s update to the On300 for the Class of 2024. With just one committed player currently in offensive lineman Cooper Counsins, the list of potential targets for James Franklin and his staff remains massive, with over 60 players either visiting Penn State prior, planning to visit in the near future or have built a strong enough relationship with the coaches so far that we consider them someone to seriously watch.

Among the top 100, two players that stands out right away are wide receiver Mylan Graham, from New Haven, Ind., and offensive lineman Jordan Seaton, from Washington, D.C.. Both players went from outside the On300 to among the top 20 players in the nation. Both have also visited Penn State previously.

THE LIST: Expected recruiting visitors for the White Out Game

Offensive lineman Liam Andrews from Dexter School in Massachusetts also made a sizable jump, improving 40 spots to No. 42 overall. However, Belle Vernon athlete Quinton Martin took a sizable drop to No. 77 nationally. He was previously among the top 20 in the nation.

Others include athlete Josiah Brown (No.51), tight end Brady Prieskorn (No.55) and running back Jordan Lyle (No. 99). Lyle was previously No. 259.

101 to 200 also features a ton of top Penn State targets. Archbishop Wood offensive lineman Kevin Heywood makes his debut on the list at No. 184 overall. He was previously unranked. Virginia wide receiver Keylen Adams also made a big jump to No. 121, up from 209 previously. Adams is aiming to attend the Ohio State game in two weeks.

You’ll find players who made sizable drops, too, including wide receiver Tyseer Denmark – down 99 spots to No. 145 – and quarterback Jayden Bradford, who dropped down 109 spots to No. 149.

Loomis Chaffee defensive end Jacob Smith is also inside the On300 now at No. 218 nationally. Cousins sits among this group as well at No. 219. Wide receiver Jaylan Hornsby, quarterback Samaj Jones and twin brothers Deontae and Devontae Armstrong also make their debuts inside the On300.
