At the time of his commitment to Penn State last summer, San Marcos (Calif.) Mission Hills quarterback Troy Huhn was a four-star prospect by all four services and the No. 60 overall player in On3’s own rankings. In the latest batch of updates in the Class of 2026, Huhn has slipped to three-star status and checked in as the No. 28 quarterback nationally.
