Who would you choose if you were to build the perfect Penn State quarterback using the traits of different players? Today, we're stepping into the lab and building the Nittany Lions' perfect passer based on traits we've identified as necessary for success. Also, we'll be limiting the exercise to James Franklin-era quarterbacks.
