Penn State releases latest renderings, price point, for renovated Beaver Stadium west side club seating

Penn State Athletics has released new information regarding the west side club seating options coming to Beaver Stadium once a $700 million renovation project is complete in 2027. And, those looking to reserve those seats now have a way to do so.

The Schuyler Family Club and the Marzano Club will feature the following amenities, according to an email sent by the athletic department:

–Cushioned, chairback seats with cupholders located within a private club seating area in the seating bowl.

–All-inclusive food and beverages, including beer and wine.

–Regular-season football parking is also included.

–Located directly behind the seats, West Club seat holders have access to private club lounges equipped with full-service bars, TVs, and comfortable seating before, during, and after the game. Alcohol sales will end at the conclusion of the third quarter.

Here’s where the Schuyler Family Club seats will be located. It can hold approximately 2,000 people, Penn State says:

And here’s where the Marzano Club seats are located. It has 2,500 available seats

What is the price for the new West side club seating?

Here’s what Penn State writes:

“If you are interested in the new West Club seats coming to Beaver Stadium in 2027, you have the opportunity now to place a deposit to confirm your interest. The deposit amount is $200 per seat, which will ultimately be applied toward the ticket cost of the club seats.

“Club seat pricing will begin at $4,500 per seat and varies based on location. Additionally, a one-time capital gift of $10,000 per account will be required to qualify for a West Club seat purchase. This gift is payable over up to three years, with the first payment due in 2025.”

The deadline to place a deposit is May 16. And, seating will “ultimately be assigned based on Nittany Lion Club (NLC) Priority Point order” if there is more demand than inventory.
