Penn State running back Kaytron Allen joins growing roster of Inch & Co. Sports signees
Penn State football’s symbiotic relationship with major NIL donor Inch & Co. grew again on Monday. Announced via Instagram, sophomore running back Kaytron Allen has signed with the talent agency.
An offshoot of the Inch & Co. contracting firm, Inch & Co. Sports serves as a budding talent agency that has, so far, partnered exclusively with Penn State football players.
“Backed by John and Jeff Inch, who started one of the fastest growing real estate & construction companies in the U.S., we can provide exclusive access to a resource that can build sustainable and generational wealth for our athletes,” the site states.
Inch & Co. Sports has also signed York, Pa., quarterback Beau Pribula, local to the contracting company’s business. Additionally, the talent agency represents Johnny Dixon, KeAndre Lambert-Smith, Jaylen Reed, KJ Winston, and Tony Rojas.
The close relationship with Penn State football also extends to the agency’s mantra. Picking up one of the core tenets of Nittany Lion head coach James Franklin, the site announces its business intention from the onset.
“We compete in everything that we do,” the site reads. “Our entire team has a sports background and is under the age of 36. We come to win.”

Kaytron Allen primed for follow-up
The news of Allen’s signing with Inch & Co. Sports comes ahead of his highly anticipated follow-up to the 2022 season. From inside the program and out, expectations are high that he can build upon a debut that immediately announced his preparedness for the Big Ten stage.
“Kaytron is kind of like, he’s the guy that if you’re a true football guy and you watch him, you just have a ton of respect for how he plays the game,” Franklin said this summer. “He’s the guy that’s gonna be productive carry after carry, six yards, eight yards, 12 yards. He will pop a 20-yarder in there. Just a very efficient running back who knows how to play the position.”
That manifested itself as 867 yards rushing with 10 touchdowns on 167 carries for Penn State last season. His 10 touchdowns were the second-most in program history for a freshman running back, trailing only teammate Nicholas Singleton‘s mark of 12. Allen also added 20 receptions for 188 yards and a touchdown to his true freshman resume.
Now, he’s looking to build on it with even higher productivity in the season ahead.
“There’s always room to get better and keep going,” Allen said this offseason. “We’re looking to take another step. That’s what we’ve been doing as a team, trying to get better one day at a time and just develop.”
