We start with recruiting.
On Thursday, Penn State welcomed prospects to campus for the first time this month. The group on hand included but was not limited to Class of 2024 Indianapolis, Ind., three-star quarterback Danny O’Neil and Daytona Beach, Fla., offensive lineman Elijah Walker.
Now, Lasch Bash weekend is here. The Lions will also hold their final camp of the summer today. BWI’s Ryan Snyder will have a full visitor preview out later Friday. But, we do know the list includes 2025 New Jersey tackle Jaelyne Matthews, 2024 four-star quarterback Jayden Bradford, and North Carolina 2024 three-star safety Jaiden Spearman among many, many others. Stay tuned to Blue-White Illustrated throughout the weekend as Penn State hosts prospects one final time before camp begins. After this weekend, recruits won’t be allowed back in town until the fall, as the entire month of August is an NCAA recruiting dead period.
