The Senior Bowl, which is the premiere pre-NFL Draft All-Star game, is first to market with its 2024 All-American team. It includes two Penn State players. Nittany Lions star senior tight end Tyler Warren and junior defensive end Abdul Carter both made the cut. The organization said it put its teams together “after hours of film review, live game scouting, and calls with coaches & NFL personnel.” It was announced on Saturday, less than 12 hours before the No. 3 Nittany Lions meet No. 1 Oregon in the Big Ten title game.

Kickoff is set for 8:17 p.m. ET on CBS. The Ducks also have a Senior Bowl All-American. Defensive lineman Jordan Burch made the list. He has 28 tackles and 8.5 sacks on the season and will be a player Penn State must account for. Burch also has five pass breakups and a forced fumble on the season.

Dan Lanning talks Big Ten title game, Penn State

Oregon coach Dan Lanning was on ESPN’s ‘College GameDay’ on Saturday morning to preview tonight’s contest. The Ducks are the only unbeaten team in the FBS. Penn State, of course, enters the contest with an 11-1 record.

“It’s huge for us and our players. You get excited for moments like this,” Lanning told the broadcast. “We spent a lot of time focusing on what we can control. I feel like our team is in a good place. Had a really good week of practice. And certainly excited to compete.”

Asked specifically about Penn State, Lanning said:

“I think you got two really good teams going against each other. Explosive plays will make an impact. The takeaway battle. They have a challenging scheme on offense, some game-changing players that we have to do a good job of controlling, and we got to take advantage of the moments and opportunities we get.”

Both teams arrived in Indianapolis on Friday. The Nittany Lions got into town at 3:30 p.m. ET. Oregon arrived around 6 p.m. ET.
