Penn State tweets of the day
We start with a look ahead to the Peach Bowl. Penn State arrived in Atlanta for its matchup with No. 11 Ole Miss on Saturday. It practiced Sunday and will be back on the practice field on Tuesday. The program will wear its home blue uniforms in the game since it is the higher ranked team in the matchup. But, per the usual, it is asking fans to wear white away from Beaver Stadium. Kickoff is set for Noon ET on ESPN from Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
“They like to play smash mouth football and run the ball right at you,” Ole Miss defender Deantre Prince told OM Spirit. “We know that, but we have to be ready for their passing game as well because while they prefer to run the ball, they will pass and they are effective with it when they take their shots,” he noted. “We all have to make sure we take care of our assignments and stay home and do our jobs.”
