Penn State demolished Ohio 46-10 in an emotional release for fans who wanted to see the Power Five team act like it against a lower-level opponent. The Nittany Lions were still inconsistent on offense and struggled in certain concerning areas, but overall, the team exercised some demons Saturday thanks to Nick Singleton’s 179-yard rushing performance. However, no one wants to dig deep into the plays that won a game against a MAC opponent, so we’ll highlight the freshmen who played well for Penn State on Saturday.  First, we’ll look at Singleton and how Penn State uses the dynamic tailback, then we’ll check in on his five-star counterpart, Drew Allar. Finally, we’ll look at veterans that struggled in the game, including the tight ends and offensive line.
