The Penn State and Illinois football teams have something very important in common. Both teams are 3-0, thanks in part to a massive development from their quarterbacks this offseason. Both Penn State's Drew Allar and Illinois' Luke Altmyer have taken significant strides in their play and performance this season. While they'll never set foot on the field together, quality quarterback battles make football the most entertaining.
