Following Penn State’s win on Saturday over Kent State, James Franklin made a subtle, yet notable pitch to one of the Nittany Lions’ top flip targets. On Wednesday night, while speaking with local media after practice, Franklin threw subtlety out of the window in the direction of another remaining 2025 target.
