The Penn State football team is nearing its next round of commitment decisions in the Class of 2026. Today, we’ll discuss the upcoming date and players to know. Also, after a week of missing top targets, it’s a good time to give an equal voice to the work the team has done so far. We’ll discuss the team’s commitments and point out which players are hidden gems and underrated prospects. Finally, we’ll answer your questions during the show and play Buy or Sell!

Penn State decision days

Minnesota native and Penn State tight end target Pierce Petersohn announced last night that he’ll be revealing his decision for a college destination today. He kicks off the next round of important decisions from the team’s top remaining targets, which include Jackson Ford and Damari Simeon this week. We’ll run down the names and times that have announced their decision dates so far.

From there, we’ll pivot to discussing the team’s current commits. Four-star tackle Kevin Brown was at the Rivals Five Star Challenge this week and did very well. We’ll discuss his work this week. Brown is the team’s highest-ranked player in the Class of 2026, but he’s not the only good football player. After a week of missing on high-rated prospects, we’ll try to give Penn State fans a bit of hope. We’re listing the most underrated prospects in the class, and where we think they could end up by the time all is said and done.

Finally, reporter Greg Pickel will discuss the latest with Penn State wrestling prospect Bo Bassett, who made news by decommitting from Iowa last week.

Buy or Sell

Finally, we’ll round out June with another edition of Buy or Sell. We’ll present a statement about the Penn State football team and either Buy or Sell that statement as fact. This week, we’re discussing the team’s chances of having a surprise starter and the team’s long-term outlook on offense.
