Under Armour welcomed hundreds of the region’s top prospects to its Waterfront Headquarters in Downtown Baltimore Sunday for its latest regional camp. Cornerback Kenny Woseley was the lone Penn State commitment in attendance, but there was no shortage of top targets for James Franklin and his staff.
