Power Ranking the Penn State defense before training camp: No. 2 Safety

We're rounding in on the finals days before Penn State training camp begins in earnest and with that, the end of our power rankings before camp begins. So far we've worked through the entire offense and the first three positions on the defense. Now, we're down to the top two positions on the Nittany Lion's defense, and roster. So, without any more fanfare, let's discuss why the Penn State safety room comes in second to the defenisve end room in our final preview of the team before the pads come on in August.
