Penn State football is roughly two weeks out from training camp and the start of the 2024 season. To get fans ready for the Nittany Lion's next attempt at a College Football Playoff run, we're Power Ranking the team's offensive positions heading into camp. Today, we start with everyone's (least) favorite group, the wide receivers. The receivers are a hot-button issue for Penn State fans, with last year's group severely underperforming under first-year position coach Marques Hagans.
