We've revealed the top four positions so far in our Penn State offense power rankings heading into training camp. Today, we're revealing the No. 1 position, running back. But before we move on, here are the top five in order. 5) Wide receiver 4) Offensive line 3) Quarterback 2) Tight End But since we revealed the tight end room on Monday, there's little mystery about which position reigns supreme heading into the team's final preparations.
