There's no secret about which two positions dominate the Penn State football discussion ahead of the 2024 season. Running back and tight end have been the apparent strengths of the offense for several seasons. But which one takes the crown for the upcoming year? There's some stiff competition between the two when you account for talent and production. So, part of our analysis for the top two positions heading into training camp will also factor in our expectations for the upcoming season. That's why we're going with the tight end room at no. 2.
