Predicting the Penn State team award winners for Spring Football

Penn State football opens up spring football next week and begins the march to the 2024 season in earnest. The team will work through 15 practices, culminating in the Blue-White Game on April 13. During the game, the team will announce its winners for the yearly spring awards. Who will win them this year?
