The Penn State offense has been sporadic in its effectiveness and efficiency so far this season. On Saturday, they face yet another tricky test when they welcome the Michigan Wolverines to Happy Valley. Michigan will bring its stingy defense to town in a matchup that will likely decide the game’s fate. If Penn State’s offense can move the ball and consistently score points, it will take the pressure of its elite defense to be perfect for four quarters. The Michigan offense operates with a physical, grinding nature that accumulates plays over time in many of its games this season.
