Penn State has again completed a successful NFL Draft class. Wrapping Saturday evening, the Nittany Lions produced six draft picks in the 2023 edition of the NFL Draft.

And, shortly thereafter, even more former Penn State products have been picked up as undrafted free agents.

At the top of the list, Joey Porter Jr. was the first Nittany Lion off the board. He went as the 32nd overall pick, the top selection to open the second round. And he’s going to a familiar place. The Pittsburgh Steelers, home to his father’s storied NFL career, picked up Porter Jr. on Friday night. By the end of the evening, he was joined by another three former Penn State players.

Here, we’re rounding up the totality of former Nittany Lions now heading to the NFL.

QB Sean Clifford

The sixth-year Penn State quarterback made good on his decision to return to the Nittany Lions with an ultimate parting gift. Following a Rose Bowl win with a fifth-round pick in the NFL Draft, Clifford went to Green Bay as the No. 149 overall selection.

WR Parker Washington

Washington wrapped up Penn State’s draft choices on Saturday evening. He went No. 185 overall to the Jaguars, a sixth-round pick.
