Penn State junior running back Nicholas Singleton is enrolled for classes during the spring semester at the school despite a report stating otherwise. Onward State discovered Monday morning that the Shillington, Pa., native is no longer listed in the university’s student directory. It’s unclear why. But, it does not indicate that he’s made his decision to return for the 2025 season or enter the NFL Draft.

“Nicholas Singleton is enrolled in spring classes at the University,” a Penn State spokesperson told BWI. “We do not have any explanation as to why he is not listed in the University’s student directory at this time.”

Singleton scored three touchdowns in the Orange Bowl and finished his third season at Penn State with 1,099 yards and 12 touchdowns. For his career, he has 499 carries for 2,912 yards and 32 touchdowns. He is eligible to enter the NFL Draft and still could decide to do so. The deadline to make that decision is Jan. 15. Penn State students start classes today.
