Penn State’s visitor list for the weekend is shaping up nicely, as nearly 80 prospects have confirmed their intended presence with BWI as of Wednesday morning. The Nittany Lions’ noon kick against Ohio State is at the center of the college football universe on Saturday, so it only makes sense that some of the program’s top targets will be on hand.  Who could be getting closer for the Nittany Lions?
