One of the more surprising commitments this recruiting cycle happened shortly after the Blue-White Game. Four-star offensive line prospect Donnie Harbour committed to Penn State as the second true interior prospect for the class. What’s surprising is that Harbour doesn’t block or move like Penn State’s previous guard prospects. The mammoth 330-pound Wisconsin native is an outlier in the group of Alex Birchmeier, Jven Williams, Vega Ioane, and Anthony Donkoh.
