T-Frank's Film Room: Penn State gets speed with Josiah Brown

Penn State got one of its top targets for the Class of 2024 in June when four-star wideout Josiah Brown committed to the Nittany Lions. The Holy Trinity High School junior was part of a three-receiver run that happened in three days. The Nittany Lions won Brown’s services mainly over Big Ten East foe Rutgers, but Georgia was also in the mix late with the New York native.  So what skills does Brown possess that made Penn State so keen to recruit him and had the national champions interested?
