T-Frank's Film Room: Penn State running back Corey Smith

Penn State landed one of, if not their top options at running back on Friday afternoon when four-star running back Corey Smith joined the Nittany Lions. However, this time it’s running back’s coach Ja’Juan Seider’s turn to raid Wisconsin, as Smith is the 3rd overall player in the state. Smith is the third Wisconsin athlete to join the Nittany Lions since the Blue-White game. Smith is a four-star player at the position in every recruiting service except On3, which has him outside the On300 as a high three-star athlete.
