Penn State football picked up a pair of tackles shortly after the Blue-White Game in April. The second commit, Eagan Boyer, is who we’re discussing today in T-Frank’s film room. The 6-8 260-pound commit out of Cornelius, NC, chose Penn State over several quality offers, including Clemson, Michigan, and Auburn.  What keeps Boyer from achieving a higher ranking despite his impressive offer sheet?
