On Friday, Penn State defensive line coach Deion Barnes got his second pupil in the Class of 2024 with three-star defensive tackle De’Andre Cook. The DC native chose the Nittany Lions over North Carolina and was a fast-rising defensive tackle prospect this spring for the team.  Yet again, the team finds itself with a mid-level prospect at a position where fans are clamoring for more.
