This offseason, specifically before Penn State's spring football season opened in March, there was one question on my mind. Going through new offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki's system at Kansas, Buffalo and even as far back as Wisconsin Whitewater was informative. But it couldn't bridge one gap in my mind.
