The Penn State Nittany Lions were shut out of the second round in the 2024 NFL Draft, but it didn’t take long for another former Penn State player to hear his name called after that. Right tackle Caedan Wallace is now a New England Patriot after the team selected him with the fourth pick of the third round late Friday night.  Not only was he the third former Penn State player taken in the draft, but he was also much higher than the consensus fifth round projection for his draft stock this offseason. We discussed Wallace as a player who would hear his name called much higher than most fans expected on our Day Two preview show Friday. Let’s check out how Wallace fits with his new team.
