Just because news hasn’t made its way to the outside world doesn’t mean that Penn State didn’t hit the ground running when the Transfer Portal opened earlier this week. Coming off an appearance in the Big Ten Championship Game, James Franklin and his staff have been working mostly behind the scenes on adding to the 2025 roster.
