It’s the last quiet weekend in Happy Valley until the summer dead period kicks into gear on June 23. With no open window in July this cycle, the Penn State football staff will be plenty busy when it returns from the Memorial Day holiday weekend.  What’s on tap for the Nittany Lions when they get back?
