Trimmings: Ranking Penn State's priority positions in the Transfer Portal

The NCAA Transfer Portal opened on Monday for FBS prospects that were previously not eligible to enter. Those now qualified include non-graduate transfers and players whose coaches did not leave for another job. The Penn State recruiting staff has been scouting players for months on the chance that they would enter the Portal after the season.
