Under the Radar: Penn State commits in the Class of 2025 who can out-play their rankings

Penn State's Class of 2025 is one of the most interesting in recent memory. Eight of the 18 commits are either players who could outperform their current ranking, are total wildcards, or both. It's an abnormally high number for the program. As Penn State begins to add some of its top targets, let's pause to look at the class so far. Today, we're looking at the undervalued prospects that have a clear and distinct reason for outperforming their current rankings.
