Penn State's receiver room thinned out significantly after an active spring transfer portal season. Three players left the program in April, leaving several positions thin on proven talent. Now that things are presumably settled, it's time to revisit the projected depth chart.  As a reminder, these are generalized starting positions for the team's wideouts, and the list is partially based on the Blue-White Game snap distribution.
