Penn State drops decision to Ohio State, Franklin discusses fallout
Franklin discussed the team’s struggles on offense with the media on Monday during his roughly 40-minute press conference. He set a clear tone after that loss.
“Everybody’s in that room to beat that opponent, and opponents like that,” Franklin said of his staff. “So the 6-0, or the7-0 leading up to that is awesome, and we appreciate it, and we don’t take it for granted and all the hard work that goes into it, but we’ve done that. So the reality is everybody in that room is in that room based on these type of games, and that’s why you’re there. And I want to make sure everybody clearly understands that, because I clearly understand it.”
