What the 2013 Stagg Bowl can tell us about Andy Kotelnicki's Penn State offense

We've spent a significant amount of time this offseason dissecting new Penn State offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki's offense at Kansas to understand what sort of scheme he's bringing to Happy Valley. But the main thing we've learned with Kotelnicki is that players, not scheme, determine what flavor his offense takes. So whether it's a Brownie Blizzard, or Toffee, depends on the talent he has in that environment.
