What time, TV channel, is Penn State-Purdue on Nov. 16?
Penn State hits the road for the first time in November next weekend when it travels to West Lafayette, Ind., to take on Purdue. When will the game start, and what channel will it be on?
Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET. CBS will televise the contest. As of Monday afternoon, a broadcast crew has not yet been assigned.
The Nittany Lions, who are ranked No. 6 in The Associated Press top 25 and No. 7 in the USA Today Coaches Poll, battle Washington this weekend. The annual White Out game starts at 8 p.m. ET. Peacock is streaming it exclusively. The Boilermakers, meanwhile, travel to No. 3 Ohio State this week. They have lost seven straight contests and carry a 1-7 mark into their meeting with the Buckeyes. That game starts at Noon ET on FOX.

More on Penn State-Purdue
Penn State will be a massive favorite over the Boilermakers. Purdue is No. 102 in Bill Connelly’s SP+ rankings. That makes them the worst team in the Big Ten. And, they are the second lowest-ranked opponent the Nittany Lions will face this season, with only Kent State, who checks in at No. 134 of 134 ranked teams, listed lower. Only two of Purdue’s seven losses have been by less than a touchdown.
“Obviously everybody’s disappointed,” Purdue head coach Ryan Walters said after last weekend’s 26-20 overtime loss to Northwestern at home. “I went into the locker room and told them I know it doesn’t seem like it at times, I know it’s hard to hear right now, but we are close.”
