What we're watching at Penn State practice

Penn State holds its first open practice of the 2023 fall camp season on Wednesday evening. Most of the focus will be on the players and camp position battles like the ones at wide receiver. While newcomer Dante Cephas and sophomore Omari Evans may be competing to start opposite Trey Wallace and KeAndre Lambert-Smith, their coach is also a fascinating figure.
