Penn State tweets of the day
We start with a portal note. Connecticut native and former two-way Penn State player Marquis Wilson is transferring to Purdue. He is expected to be a cornerback for the Boilermakers. Wilson is the second former Lion to transfer to the Big Ten West school in as many years after defensive tackle Cole Brevard did before the 2022 season.
Wilson spent one season at receiver but was listed as an athlete on the Penn State roster as he also still worked some in the secondary. He went into the portal following the Rose Bowl. His commitment to Purdue comes after a visit to the school last weekend.

Quote of the day
“Coach Hagans always tells us, we sit at a round table, so there’s no head of the table. Nobody’s better than anybody else in his eyes. So he wants all of us to eat together, in a sense. All of us are competing with each other every single day, trying to make each other better. We take it one day at a time.”
