Penn State is a top 10 team in EA College Football 25
Penn State is a top-10 team in various preseason media polls and also Bill Connelly’s SP+ model at ESPN. The Nittany Lions are also among the teams with the shortest odds to both make the College Football Playoff and also to win it outright. So, it should go without saying that in the video game world, head coach James Franklin’s team is highly respected, too.
During its recent rankings week event, EA Sports’ development team ranked the Lions’ offense at No. 12 nationally with an 87 rating. It gave Tom Allen’s defense the No. 9 spot at 88 overall. Combined, that made Penn State the game’s ninth-best team with an 88 overall ranking. Additionally, Beaver Stadium checks in at No. 6 in the game’s “toughest places to play” rankings.
EA College Football 25 hits shelves and digital stores next week for pre-order customers. It will be available to all video game players who wish to purchase it on July 19.
