Why is new Penn State commit Garrett Sexton an outlier in the On3 recruiting rankings?

Penn State picked up a commitment from Wisconsin offensive lineman Garrett Sexton on Monday morning, adding a tackle to the mix in its Class of 2024. Recruiting services are mixed so far on Sexton. He’s a three-star prospect according to the On3 Industry Rankings, but On3’s own rankings have him as the No. 115 prospect in the country.
